Essential Communication Skills

Its already the 4th week, today we learnt interesting topics. 

What we learned:

• Basics of Communication Skills
• Effective Communication
• Words
• Voice & Tone
• Body Language 
• Elements of Personal Communication
• 7% spoken words
• 38% voice, tone
• 55% body language

The whole lecture was about presenting and communication skills and after completing this our lecturer took extra time and conducted another lecture on how to review a movie and at the end of the lecture, she gave us a group project to make a movie review on any movie we like and to present it in the class. So we formed our group with Vishal, Shashira, Mayashi, Kavi, Nisari and me. Also, she gave the next week as a holiday.

Programming Concepts

Today we receive information about our Mini Project. And in the morning lecture we learned how to use the repetition control structures for solve the problems and how to understand difference among difference looping structures.

Mathematics for Computing

And in the afternoon lecture we continue learning the conversion of number systems.

• Hexadecimal 🠞 Decimal
• Hexadecimal 🠞 Binary
• Binary           🠞 Hexadecimal

And at the end of the session, we had an in-class test from this module.

Windows Application Development C#

In the Visual Studio Lecture today we learned how to add event controls to Windows Form Application, including creating a message box, transferring data from one form to another.

Database Design Concept

In the afternoon, we had the Database Design and Concept lecture and today we learned how to work with Database Relationships.
